The short version: this site collects almost nothing, and I never sell what little it does.
Who I am
TK Web Design is run by Tom Kendall, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For anything related to this policy, email[email protected].
What I collect
If you fill in the contact form, I receive the name, email address and message you type — nothing else. I use it to reply to you, and for no other purpose.
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use advertising cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you around the internet.
What I don't do
- Sell, rent or share your details with anyone
- Send marketing emails you didn't ask for
- Store your data longer than needed to deal with your enquiry
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it — usually the same day, because there's usually nothing to find.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date below.
