Yes. I quote a fixed price after our first chat, and it only changes if you change the scope. No hourly surprises, no 'that'll be extra' at handover.
Half up front to book your slot, half at launch. For custom builds we can split it into three. Bank transfer, invoice with proper details, nothing weird.
Your domain name (usually ~£10–15 a year, and it should be in your name, not mine), professional photography if you need it, and paid ads. I'll happily point you to good people for the last two.
No. Every site comes with 30 days of free fixes after launch, and you can walk away with the keys. Most clients take a plan because it's cheaper than remembering to worry about hosting.
No office, no account managers, no margin stacked on subcontractors. You're paying for one experienced person's time, and all of it goes into your site.
